Qualified Professional Service Staff
Serving the Lower Mainland for over 10 years, our courteous and friendly service staff are professionally dressed and welcome the opportunity to dress for special themed events.Service labour is hired out at $25 per hour for a minimum engagement of 4 hours. For optimum service of platter style food, we
recommend a ratio of one (service person) for very 25 guests with a minimum

On Site Chef
Have your very own personal chef cook up your dishes right before your eyes. Whether you have appetizers finished on the barbecue or a specialty hot station, an on site chef can add a unique flare to your event. Chefs are hired out at $30 per hour for a minimum engagement of four hours and a 15% gratuity is applicable.Bartenders & Alcohol
We can provide professional and licensed bartenders with “Serving it Right” certificates for your event. The service rate starts at $25 per hour per bartender or server with a minimum engagement of four hours, and a 15% gratuity is applicable.Taxes & Gratuities
All applicable taxes will be added to the final invoice for the event. For service catered invoices a 15% gratuity will be added to the final invoice. Due to increased fuel costs, all deliveries are subject to a delivery charge that is specific to location, function and contract value.Venue

Rentals
We are happy to look after all details including planning, ordering, deliveries & pick-ups for a minimal administration fee.Choose to look after the details yourself, we are happy to refer you to our preferred rental company
Special Occasion Licenses
By British Columbia Law the caterer is unable to obtain the “Special Event License”. The client must obtain the license through any liquor distribution branch and must have a “Serving it Right” certificate before they may apply.For more detailed information we suggest you contact your local liquor distribution branch.
